Storyboard Artist
As a Staff Storyboard Artist, you’ll be a long-term collaborator embedded within the studio, working closely with writer-director Oliver Park and our producers. You’ll translate original genre projects into clear, cinematic visual sequences within defined creative frameworks, participate in collaborative development sessions, and contribute across a slate designed for commercial viability. This role suits artists who are comfortable working inside structured production systems, hitting defined visual milestones, responding to direction with precision, and contributing across multiple projects where needed.

How Compensation Works at Altt
We are an early-stage studio with a long-term vision. We are currently raising funding at studio level, while actively developing and financing individual projects. We prioritise raising funding to cover production costs (props, set materials, key locations, etc) and expenses (food, travel, etc) to ensure a studio-quality film as well as a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable on-set experience for all.
Compensation for this role is contingent on project budget and revenue. Fees you defer are documented and payable in accordance with our Revenue & Profit Share Framework which we are happy to share a copy of with anyone who asks.. Profit points represent a contractual share of a defined profit pool, payable only if revenue exceeds certain thresholds.
We appreciate that this structure will not work for everyone, and is best suited for collaborators who are excited by long-term studio building and backend participation alongside upfront production investment.
