After securing a multi-picture deal with Warner Brothers following the success and acclaim of his 2022 feature, The Offering. He is also developing projects with Lionsgate, New Line, Atlas Entertainment (Oppenheimer), and others, bringing both his deep industry connections and storytelling expertise to the team.

Pete is the visionary entrepreneur behind Tabb, the largest and most dynamic network of independent filmmakers in the UK. Under his leadership, Tabb has grown into a thriving community, offering a platform for filmmakers, producers, and actors to collaborate and launch projects. With a background in television and corporate show production for clients like MTV, Channel 4, BBC, BT, and Ford, Pete brings extensive expertise to the table. His work with Altt showcases his ability to blend technical production skills with a deep understanding of the film industry, fostering creative collaboration and building strong teams.

Ashley is a powerhouse in film production and business strategy, with over two decades of experience leading high-stakes projects as an operations specialist, digital producer, and filmmaker with a talent for turning creative visions into reality. She has proven expertise in coordinating large-scale productions, raising funds, managing budgets, and fostering connections within creative communities. Her expertise in logistics and marketing has made her a go-to consultant for startups and film productions alike.

Robin Mukherjee

Acclaimed British screenwriter, author, and teacher. He has written for high-profile TV series such as The Bill, Casualty, EastEnders, and Roman Mysteries. His feature film Lore won multiple international awards, including the Australian Writer’s Guild Award for Best Adapted Screenplay, and was Australia’s official submission for Best Foreign Language Film at the 2012 Oscars.

Bashart Malik

Director and Director of Photography with over 15 years of experience in commercials, music videos, and feature films. Specialises in creating imaginative visuals through narrative and lighting.

Bizzy Day

Producer and Development Executive, currently Development & Partnerships Manager at Creative UK. Former Director of Encounters Film Festival, with extensive experience in talent development and industry partnerships.

Michael Jenkins

RTS West-winning writer, director, and producer based in Bristol. His work has been commissioned by Channel 4, BBC, BET, and BFI, with films screening at major festivals such as the Pan African Film Festival (LA), Toronto Black Film Festival, and Encounters. His short film PICKNEY won an audience award at the American Black Film Festival.

Paul Holbrook

Multi-award-winning writer and director. A Bafta Connect member, he has been selected for BBC Voices and Network@LFF. His short film Hungry Joe was nominated for a London Critics Circle Award and hailed as "One of the UK's great modern horror shorts." Paul is currently developing his debut feature Hungry Joe with BFI Network and has multiple TV and film projects in development.

Simon Pearce

Award-winning writer, director, editor, and producer. His work includes the supernatural horror Judas Ghost (2013), I Am the Doorway (2018), and the action/thriller Officer Down (2020). He also works as a freelance editor for BBC, Animal Planet, and National Geographic while developing new commercial genre projects.

Freya Lawrence

Bristol-based screenwriter specialising in drama and folk horror. Finalist for the Channel 4 New Writers Scheme 2024.
