Brand and Community Partner (Equity Role)
Altt is the bold new production company that combines a passion for storytelling with a unique, data-driven approach to creating cost effective, studio-quality horror films.
We're looking for a Brand and Community Partner to join our founding team. This is not a typical job - it’s an opportunity to be part of something from the ground up. You’ll help us grow a thriving online ecosystem for horror fans and filmmakers, lead our content strategy, and work with us to build a new model for sustainable, fan-powered horror production.
What You’ll Do
Help launch our brand new online community and supporter platform
Develop and lead marketing campaigns across digital platforms
Craft compelling content that drives conversation and growth
Work closely with the operations and creative team on audience development
Help design and launch crowdfunding and other community-driven initiatives
Bring your own ideas, strategies, and playbooks to the table
About You
You’ve built real online communities or brands from scratch
You’re great at creating short-form and long-form content that gets results
You understand horror fans and what gets them excited
You’re an independent self-starter with strong instincts and execution
Bonus: You’ve run crowdfunding campaigns or have experience in entertainment marketing

Full flexibility in location and schedule (Bristol-based preferred, but not required)
